  the wtbs is changing media from print to online.

  if we look at other companies doing the same the obvious buissness model is subscription with a monthly fee people can choose themselves.

  the wtbs can continue to offer everything for free, however subscribers might earn a button for social media or somesuch ("wtbs donor").

  They don't need to put up a mandatory subscription fee. All that they need is to expand the coverage of "Donate" button that is already present on the website to other countries, and the sheep will chip in voluntarily.

  We already have username and password for 2015/2016 circuit assemblies in polish. There are two sets of passwords for each assembly:

  "Imitate Jehovah"

  Username: pol-ca-co-pl-vwr

  Password: Zgro.Obw.2015!

  "Imitate their faith"

  Username: pol-ca-br-pl-vwr

  Password: Zgro.Obw.2015!

  This will probably not be very useful to you english speaking guys, but you can sign in just for lolz and to show a big middle finger to Brooklyn's secrecy.

  PS. "Zgro.Obw" in the password is an abbreviation of "Zgromadzenie Obwodowe" which is translation for "Circuit Assembly". Maybe someone will use that to guess passwords for other countries ;).

  I'm from Poland and I'm the one responsible for this leaked letter :). They probably wanted to build this RTO (Regional Translation Office) so in future they can sell main Branch Office building and just leave the RTO, while moving all the operations to either Czech branch or to Finland.

  The funny thing is, just weeks after they announced the purchase of this building and schedule for adapting it to their needs (with the usual "we hope Jehovah will bless this undertaking") the letter about downsizing came, which also stated that a number of building projects are either delayed, halted or cancelled. And now I got reliable information that this project is halted as well. So much for Jehovah's blessing, I guess ;).

  the wt has been reducing it's printed output of the public wt magazine since 2012.this is how the figures breakdown:.

  month ................. wt printing each issue ............. total pages per issue ..... languagesjanuary 2012 ....... 42,182,000 .................................. 1,349,824,000 ...................... 194january 2016 ....... 58,987,000 .................................. 943,792,000 ......................... 254. during 2012 the public wt had 32 pages, so there were 1.35 billion wt pages printed for the public to read each month.1,349,824,000 pages x 12 months = 16,197,888,000 (16.2 billion) pages per year.

  by 2016 the public wt has only 16 pages and is being printed only on alternate months.943,792,000 pages x 6 times per year = 5,662,752,000 (5.7 billion pages per year).

  Keep in mind that in 2005 they were printing even more - 128 pages every month. Now they're only printing 48 (study edition of WT which is 32 pages and 16 pages of either Awake or WT). A 63% reduction.

  Actually recently they've cut the circulation numbers in half, because they made their magazines bi-montly. So even though the circulation numbers went up from 53M to 59M, effectively they were cut in half because of switching from monthly to bi-monthly. And yeah, it's only 16-page right now, whereas many other magazines contain 60-100 pages or even more.
